Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - Travel

• Provide patient care on a 30-bed MS/TELE unit with adaptable acuity
• Participate in floating between units as required
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Engage in charge nurse duties when required, including assignments and coordination of care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - Travel

• ACLS/BLS certification required
• Willingness to float
• Minimum 2+ years of MS/TELE experience required
• Recent Epic experience within the last 12 months mandatory
• Accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE
• Phlebotomy experience within the last 12 months
• Charge experience preferred; willingness to be trained if lacking
