Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Schedule appointments and meetings. Manage front-desk operations and maintain an organized reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence. Maintain calendars, office records, files, and databases. Assist with data entry, document preparation, scanning, copying, and filing. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and basic administrative needs. Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed. Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating office-related paperwork. Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, or other administrative documents. Protect confidential information and follow company policies and procedures. Resolve routine questions and direct more complex issues to the appropriate department. Support managers and staff with general administrative tasks. Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient office environment Job Requirements Prior experience operating equipment. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow orders, especially under pressure. Ability to work to strict deadlines. A sound understanding of health and safety codes.
