NeueHealth is seeking a Concurrent Utilization Review (UR) Nurse to perform real-time clinical reviews ensuring medical necessity and appropriate care under a managed care plan. You will assess inpatient admissions and coordinate with payers, providers, and the Medical Director for complex cases. Responsibilities include authorizations for inpatient, LTAC, rehab, and SNF services; discharge planning support and accurate documentation; and ongoing education of providers on clinical guidelines and #J-18808-Ljbffr Neuehealth
