Patient Service Advocate - Registration & Scheduling

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join the Radiology customer service team. You will handle patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, co-pay collection and patient records with a patient-first approach. Shifts run 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with a Saturday rotation throughout the year. You will engage with patients to ensure exceptional experiences and support interpreter services as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
