• Lead and manage all laboratory staff, including performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.

• Oversee and sign off on completed lab reports, ensuring compliance with CLIA and state regulatory standards.

• Ideal for experienced Laboratory Managers or Directors also open to training strong Lab Supervisors or Lead Technologists ready to advance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.

• ASCP certification (MLS/MT or equivalent) required.
