Within our Tax practice, you will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws, reviewing and analyzing financial data, and assisting businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimizing risks of non-compliance. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.In this role, you will be a guardian of PwC's reputation, fostering a healthy working environment and maximizing client satisfaction. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strengths to convert market opportunities into successes for the firm. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
