Broker Operations Specialist

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Remote Broker Operations Specialist with a leading organization in the healthcare and insurance services industry. This is a fully remote contract opportunity ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy administrative work, data management, and supporting high-volume business operations.

• Process and maintain information across multiple systems
• Review and update records with a high level of accuracy
• Support administrative and operational workflows
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests while meeting deadlines
• Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity
• Research and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Assist with documentation and record maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to support daily business operations
• Follow established procedures and service standards
• Participate in training and ongoing learning opportunities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Previous data entry, administrative, operations, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable, professional, and dependable work ethic

Position Details:

• Compensation: $18 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
