Job SummaryDelivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience by providing expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer service transactions, including FedEx, Western Union, and online order fulfillment. Owns the inventory, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by maintaining supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring product and service availability to meet customer needs. Promotes photo products and services, assists customers at checkout registers, accurately processes transactions and cash handling activities, supports merchandising initiatives, and collaborates with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and customer focused environment while achieving operational and business goals.
