**Federal Projects - The Baer Group is looking for a Federal Technical Recruiter for Direct Hire**
- 3+ years of Federal Industry Recruiting Experience Required
- Experience recruiting cleared resources with ERP experience, preferably SAP
- Demonstrated experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced government consulting/contracting environment
- Experience using web recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed
- Excellent organizational and analytic skills, along with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Experience working with and maintaining all activity within Applicant Tracking System, Bullhorn experience preferred.
- Experience developing new and sustainable methods to identify, source, evaluate and manage a pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates including but not limited to utilizing lead generation, competitive intelligence gathering, social media and digital talent marketing.
