Only local candidates will be considered.Role ResponsibilitiesOversees a team that delivers contracted IT services to clients. Leads the development and implementation of delivery strategies of various IT solutions to clients. Accountable for ensuring quality, timing and financial delivery objectives are met by team. Identifies opportunities for account growth and innovation. Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid client impact and facilitate continuous improvement. Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the client experience. Develops and maintains strong relationships with client’s leadership team.DutiesProvides direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple departments within a function of work area. Translates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations. Accomplishes results through the efforts of subordinate managers / professional team membersResponsible for managing larger groups of team members, which may also include lower-level leaders.Responsible for large accounts with high level of complexity.Leads the defining and adherence to delivery management processes and policies.Responsible for delivering in a highly-matrixed global delivery model.Mentors and trains less experienced delivery management team membersKey skillsMultiple years of relevant experience in Service delivery management/as Client Delivery Executive (or similar role)Several years of experience in client managementAbility to lead and influence across large, cross-functional, and global teamExperience in project and program managementPrior experience in the Infrastructure Services areaAdvanced experience with project and program financial management, budgeting, cost managementExperience defining and negotiating contract termsAbility to communicate clearly and present to senior leadershipMinimum Requirements10+ years in a technology services and solutions direct client role10+ years' experience with direct client relationshipsWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $121,000 – 197,450. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
