Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and relationship‑driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team at Farmers Insurance. Responsibilities Build relationships with new and existing clients. Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions. Generate and follow up on leads. Help clients protect their homes, vehicles, businesses, and future. Work alongside a supportive and growth‑focused team. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop and maintain client relationships. Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities. Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists. Work independently and as part of a team. Manage appointment calendar, calls, and emails. Requirements Active General Lines Property & Casualty License, or in the process of obtaining them (required). Previous sales experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated, dependable, and goal‑oriented mindset. Positive attitude and team‑player mentality. Property and Casualty license is required. Life and Health license is preferred. Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable. Upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi‑task, follow‑thru and follow‑up. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Professional phone etiquette. Excellent spelling and grammar skills. Great customer service skills. Problem‑solving capabilities. Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to handle customer rejection. Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
