To support a growing healthcare consulting practice, the full-time Healthcare Strategy Manager will manage client engagements, analyze healthcare policies and payment models, and contribute to business development efforts, all while working remotely or from Washington, DC. Key responsibilities Own day-to-day delivery across multiple provider engagements, managing scopes, timelines, and client communications Analyze legislation and payment policies to assess their strategic and operational implications for provider clients Contribute to proposals and thought leadership initiatives to support business development and practice growth Required qualifications 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in management consulting or healthcare provider organizations Expertise in healthcare systems, particularly in areas such as Medicare, value-based care, and provider strategy Strong skills in market research, financial modeling, and strategic growth planning Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data Bachelor's degree required
