Job Duration: 12 Months Contract on W2
Job Location: - Grand Prairie, TX (Hybrid)

Note: US Citizen are required for this position.

Job Description :

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for developing performance metrics, preparing reports, and guiding control account managers. You will review and validate monthly updates, assist in budget and schedule preparation, and conduct financial analyses.
Drive program business rhythm with key stakeholders
Develop performance metrics and prepare reports, such as Contract Performance Report (CPR)
Provide guidance to control account managers (CAM)
Review and validate monthly Estimate to Complete/Estimate at Completion (ETC/EAC) updates
Assist in preparation of budgets, schedules, and program plans
Conduct financial analyses, such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis

Required Skills :

Bachelor's degree in financial/accounting Field
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
Experience processing budgets
Experience advising Control Account Managers (CAM) in performing variance analysis and preparing external status reports.
Experience developing performance metrics and prepare reports, such as Contract Performance Report (CPR)
