The role is scheduled for dayshift, with a weekly guaranteed schedule of 36 hours.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing with basic EKG interpretation; 0 years minimum experience for the minimum experience requirement

• Additional Information:
  • Candidates must have complete and clear screenings prior to start.
  • All fingerprinting and background checks must be submitted and cleared before employment.
  • Submission requirements include Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting, PATCH Pennsylvania State Police Clearance, and any other applicable background checks.
  • The position serves adult and geriatric patient populations.
  • Common diagnoses and treatments include pneumonia, chest pain rule-outs, congestive heart failure (CHF), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), post-operative hip, shoulder, and transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP).
  • The primary equipment used includes SCDs, Baxter IV Pumps, and GE VC150 monitors.
  • The unit is staffed with a patient ratio of 1:5.
  • The position is a replacement of permanent staff, with a start date of 07/13/2026.
