Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities
• Proven experience with surgical procedures and perioperative care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical equipment
• Assess patients pre- and post-surgery, ensuring safety and comfort
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers throughout procedures
• Implement sterile techniques and monitor for complications
• Foster a calm, organized atmosphere for optimal care delivery
