Responsibilities

Build genuine connections with our community members to understand their insurance needs.

Create customized insurance portfolios that provide real protection for families and businesses.

Follow up with potential clients who reach out to our office for guidance.

Process policy updates and help clients navigate changes to their current coverage.

Maintain organized records and handle administrative details to ensure every client gets timely service.

Collaborate with the agency owner to reach our shared goals for growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Active Kansas Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Active Kansas Life and Health Insurance License.

Or the ability to get licensed before starting in the position

Previous experience working in an office environment.

Strong comfort level with basic computer systems and digital record-keeping.

Excellent conversational skills and a natural ability to connect with people.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in customer service or a sales-focused role is helpful.
