Bilingual LA Apartment Property Assistant & Leasing
SCREENLAND DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC
ICO Real Estate Group in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing and property operations for its apartment portfolio. This on-site role requires effective communication with prospects and tenants in English and Spanish, strong follow‑through, and adherence to SOPs. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of LA apartment management experience, knowledge of the LA Rent Stabilization Ordinance, and familiarity with Yardi Breeze or QuickBooks. #J-18808-Ljbffr SCREENLAND DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC
