Overview Our Quantitative Trading (QT) programme is our full‑time, entry‑level programme that marks the start of an exciting and fast‑paced career working in one of the world’s leading quantitative trading firms. As a QT in our Dublin office, you’ll benefit from an in‑depth education programme designed to help you become a successful trader. Senior traders focus full time on your development, giving you the best possible training. We start from the basics, so even if you don’t have a finance background, we’ll teach you. Education complements the real trading scenarios you’ll experience with senior traders. A mentor and team lead will guide you through the initial months, exposing you to increasingly complex trading decisions and strategies until you’re ready to manage them. Ambitious – you set personal goals and work hard to achieve them, whether in arts, sports, academics, or other passions. Decision Making Learn to make great decisions on and off the desk using strategy games such as poker and our in‑house games, applying game theory to gain an edge in the markets.
