Lead Fleet Diesel Technician
Ryder System
Ryder System is seeking a Technician in Charge to support safe, reliable fleet operations in our transportation and warehousing business. In this hands-on role, you will perform and coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial vehicles and related equipment. You’ll help prioritize work, guide technicians, document service activity, and ensure repairs meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
