Director of Operations

Bubble Binz is a fast-growing residential trash bin cleaning company and franchise system focused on making an often-overlooked service simple, convenient, and professional for homeowners. We are building a modern, scalable company with strong systems, technology, and operational support designed to help both our corporate team and franchise owners succeed. Position Overview: Bubble Binz is looking for an experienced Director of Operations to help lead our growing business. This is a high-impact role for a strong operator who can bring structure, accountability, and execution to a growing organization. You will work closely with leadership, manage external contractors, oversee business reporting, and ensure company priorities move forward. You will be the person responsible for making sure the business is running effectively day to day. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations and company performance Support Bubble Binz managers and help remove operational roadblocks Manage contractors and consultants across marketing, sales, HR, and other functions Establish accountability around company priorities, initiatives, and deadlines Own weekly reporting, business dashboards, and key performance metrics Identify operational problems and drive timely, effective solutions Improve systems, processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives Manage and optimize core business systems, including Customer.io, Rippling, Zendesk, QuickBooks, DocuSign, and other operational platforms Oversee payroll coordination and help ensure financial and administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently Help build and maintain the operational structure needed to support company growth Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in operations leadership Experience managing teams, contractors, or vendors Experience in the home services or franchise industry is preferred Strong project management and organizational skills Experience with business reporting and performance metrics A proven ability to create accountability and follow-through Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Experience in multi-location operations, service businesses, franchises, startups, or a similar environment is a plus What We Offer: Starting at $100,000/year, based on experience Unlimited PTO Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment Room for growth and development as the company expands #J-18808-Ljbffr
