Service Advisor

At Patrick Volvo, we are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with customers, ensuring their vehicle service experience is seamless and satisfying. With a competitive compensation range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, paid weekly, this position is perfect for individuals who excel at communication and customer service within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly and understanding their vehicle service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance, coordinating effectively with technicians to ensure quality and timely service.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the service process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Manage service orders, parts requests, and follow-up appointments to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and parts departments to facilitate a comprehensive customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
• A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset, capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
