Summary

The Terminal Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining the terminal by meeting goals in Operations, Sales, Service Quality, Safety, Gross Revenue, Profit, and Cost Control. Additionally, the role ensures the well-being of employees and drivers while protecting, preserving, and enhancing the company's reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in terminal management in Intermodal trucking or related field within the trucking industry.

• Strong knowledge of logistics, freight operations, and transportation regulations.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

• Proficient in route planning software and other relevant technology.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
