About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Information Security to spearhead its cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance, business continuity, resilience, and information protection programs. The successful candidate will be a strategic, business-oriented leader with a deep expertise in cybersecurity and a proven track record in executive-level security management. This role is pivotal in setting the enterprise security direction, strengthening cyber resilience, and enabling the responsible growth and innovation of the organization. The Vice President will be responsible for leading security operations, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management, and will also oversee the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and control frameworks. Applicants for the Vice President, Information Security position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 15 years of progressive cybersecurity and technology leadership experience. The role requires a leader with a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to advise senior leaders on cyber risk and security investments. The ideal candidate will have a background in security architecture, technology governance, and experience with emerging technologies such as AI. A collaborative leadership style, a passion for developing high-performing teams, and a commitment to promoting security awareness and operational excellence are essential. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent, and experience with federal compliance and security assurance programs, are also highly valued.
