Position Overview

  • Role: Dietary Aide
  • Role Overview: As a vital health professional working in food service, you will work alongside our Dietary Managers and Cooks to prepare, serve, and maintain a welcoming dining experience for our residents.

Your Responsibilities & Duties

  • Meal Prep: Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following facility procedures.
  • Service: Serve residents while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Organization: Set up and take down dining areas and assist with general kitchen maintenance.
  • Inventory: Help track kitchen supplies and food items.
  • Compliance: Stay current on facility protocols and state regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary—we are happy to train you!
  • General Requirement: All job offers are contingent upon receiving excellent references and passing the Maine State Background Check.
