We are seeking a qualified Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our Dallas litigation team. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of litigation experience , preferably involving personal injury cases .

Responsibilities:

• Preparing discovery and discovery responses
• Preparation for hearings, trials, mediation, and scheduling depositions
• Drafting and filing pleadings and motions
• Calendaring hearings and deadlines
• Performing administrative duties
• Ability to organize and prioritize a litigation docket
• Ability in monitoring medical care, following up on medical and billing affidavits
• Ability to communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Communicate with the court

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a ligation paralegal is required
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Needles experience
• Must be Bilingual
