You Have 10+ years of experience assisting with the management of cost, schedule, and performance of Army or DoD programs Experience with the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle process, and risk management processes and tools in the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle Experience facilitating communications with stakeholders and suppliers to support product development or ongoing production programs Experience with project management tools and methodologies Ability to influence and motivate Integrated Product Teams Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, including challenging industry partners Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, and independently without direct supervision Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have Experience managing the acquisition of Class 5 items, demil operations, or RTD&E efforts through Milestone B Experience in the military Possession of excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Possession of excellent financial management skills Possession of excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills Master's degree Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
