Job Overview:

\n This Project Coordinator role focuses on scheduling and coordinating work for Electric Distribution contractors and internal utility crews. The position is responsible for managing accelerated work requests, ensuring timely service for residential customers, and supporting performance monitoring and reporting across multiple Electric Distribution locations. The coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders, utilize scheduling and work management tools, and help maintain an organized and efficient work pipeline.

Responsibilities: \n

• Schedule and coordinate work for Electric Distribution contractors and internal utility crews across multiple locations.
\n
• Manage and prioritize accelerated work requests to ensure timely service for residential customers.
\n
• Monitor company and contractor performance and review job completion status to support performance reporting.
\n
• Reschedule and reprioritize the work plan as events, changes, or emergent needs dictate.
\n
• Apply operational principles to a variety of work situations and pipelines to maintain workflow efficiency.
\n
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite tools to track, analyze, and report on work activities.
\n
• Use SAP EWAM (Work Management and Scheduling modules) to manage work orders, scheduling, and related data.
\n
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
\n
• Maintain strong organizational practices and attention to detail in all scheduling and documentation activities.
\n
• Perform other related duties as requested or needed to support Electric Distribution operations.
\n
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications: \n

\n
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
\n
• Ability to apply operational principles to a variety of work situations and pipelines.
\n
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• Working knowledge of SAP EWAM (Work Management and Scheduling modules) preferred; training will be provided as necessary.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
\n
• Proven scheduling and time management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and field personnel.
\n
• Comfort working in a technology-focused labor category and adapting to new systems and tools.
\n
• Ability to work standard hours without the expectation of overtime.
\n
• Role does not require unescorted nuclear access, NFM access, or operation of company vehicles.
