Pharmacist Intern

Qualifications:
- Education or formal training
- Enrolled in College of Pharmacy
- Intern license in the state of Colorado
Responsibilities:
- Answers telephone and window
- Prepares IVs using aseptic technique
- Orders supplies as needed
- Fills out-patient prescriptions
- Provides patient education under the direct supervision of pharmacist
- Collects patient medication history
- Transfers prescriptions between pharmacies
- Fills automated dispensing machines
- Fills other drug orders
- Delivers medications to areas
