The company has built a longstanding reputation for successfully delivering complex public-sector construction projects and has extensive experience working with major agencies such as the MTA, LIRR, PANYNJ, SCA, NYCHA amongst others.

Your New Role

As the Design-Build Project Manager , you will have overall responsibility for managing a large, complex heavy electrical, civil, design, and construction project , including coordination throughout both the design and construction phases. You will oversee the project’s scope, budget, schedule, design coordination, and overall delivery , while serving as a key point of contact between the construction team, designers, engineers, public agencies, utilities, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large, complex heavy electrical, civil, design, and construction projects
• At least 5 years of experience managing Design-Build projects of similar scope, size, and complexity
• Demonstrated experience interfacing and coordinating with public agencies and utility companies
• Strong experience coordinating engineering, design, and construction teams
• Proven experience managing overall project scope, budget, and schedule
• Strong understanding of the Design-Build delivery process , including design coordination and integration with field construction
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering , or a related discipline is preferred
