ROLE OVERVIEW The Retail Warehouse Supervisor for the Brisbane Warehouse is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound merchandise operations in support of Fanatics In‑Venue Retail and Events, including key partnerships with the Golden State Warriors and San Francisco Giants. This role supervises onsite receiving, inventory transfers, purchase orders, and front‑of‑house operations, while coaching staff to uphold Fanatics’ operational standards and brand values. The Retail Warehouse Supervisor delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI‑enabled insights. Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams) Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner with the Warehouse Manager and broader leadership team to coordinate scheduling, breaks, and day‑to‑day staffing needs, ensuring seamless warehouse operations across all shifts. Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of management to support Fanatics In‑Venue Retail and Events, fostering alignment between warehouse operations and satellite locations throughout the Bay Area. People Leadership: Supervise and coach warehouse team members to meet operational excellence expectations, holding staff accountable to Fanatics’ protocols and performance standards. Serve as Manager on Duty as needed, providing on‑the‑floor leadership that models a fun, professional, and confident team culture. Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans) Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and partner relationships to ensure the Fanatics brand and affiliated Teams and Leagues are always positively represented. Oversee purchase orders for the Golden State Warriors and San Francisco Giants, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment to support fan‑facing retail operations. Coordinate merchandise delivery to Fanatics satellite locations across the Bay Area, including occasional driving to and from the Brisbane Warehouse, to ensure fans and partners receive the right product at the right time. Uphold a retail environment that reflects Fanatics’ team and league values, contributing to a premium fan experience across all in‑venue touchpoints. Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit) Demonstrate proficiency in Fanatics and retail operation systems including POS, OpSuite, My Playbook, Service Now, and OKTA, and identify opportunities to use these tools more effectively. Build and continuously deepen product knowledge of Team and League inventory to support smarter receiving, transfers, and fulfillment decisions. Contribute ideas and best practices that improve warehouse efficiency, organization, and overall operational quality. Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset) Supervise onsite receiving procedures and inventory transfers, ensuring all processes are completed according to established protocols. Ensure the warehouse facility and delivery truck are properly maintained, organized, and ready for daily operations. CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING Required Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience supervising or managing a team in a retail, sales, or warehouse environment. Demonstrated proficiency with retail and warehouse operation systems, including POS, OpSuite, My Playbook, Service Now, and OKTA. Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build partnerships, coach teams, and work effectively with all levels of management. Ability to anticipate and solve problems decisively while balancing and delegating multiple priorities under pressure. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. If driving responsibilities are assumed: must possess a valid driver’s license, pass an MVR check, and have prior experience operating a motor vehicle; forklift certification is a plus but not required.
