Real Estate Associate

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its growing Real Estate practice in Washington, D.C. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, construction, and financing. The role offers meaningful client interaction, hands‑on responsibility, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and collaborative legal team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Negotiate and manage acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leasing agreements Advise clients on real estate development and construction matters Handle financing transactions involving commercial real estate projects Manage multiple matters while working directly with clients and internal stakeholders Lead transactions and assume increasing responsibility based on experience Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver practical legal solutions Support clients throughout all phases of complex real estate transactions Qualifications 3–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, construction, and financing matters Experience in a large law firm environment preferred Must be admitted to practice law in Washington, D.C.
