Receptionist, OPA, Full-Time

Orthopedic Physicians Alaska (OPA) seeks a highly skilled, dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our rapidly growing and dynamic team. Representative duties:

• Coordinate patient arrivals and work closely with patient care teams
• Schedule appointments
• Answer phones
• Verify insurance coverage
• Data entry

Knowledge and skill requirements:

• Reliable and detail oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications:

• Six (6) months of prior office experience or certification equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred (in addition to required) qualifications:

• One (1) year medical office experience
• Experience with scheduling software or EHR systems
