Machinist Helper
Vault Pressure Control
Essential Functions • Basic computer skills
• Supports our company's machinist manufacturing department with various duties.
• Clean and wash parts as needed for inspection. • Clear chip hopper as needed. • Clean and set up tools as needed. • Will operate band saw, overhead crane and forklift as needed. • Material handling.
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting and reaching
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Work Environment • Regular exposure to moving mechanical components, airborne fumes, and particles • Frequent standing for long periods of time • Exposure to heat, cold, wet and snow conditions • Moderate noise levels Requirements Experience / Knowledge • High School Diploma or equivalent • Authorized to work in the United States • Previous machinist helper experience desired • Forklift certification • Overhead crane experience • Good oral communication skills • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
