About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Performance to join its senior leadership team. This pivotal role is focused on defining, measuring, and driving operational performance across the company's network of clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing standardized performance scorecards, leading performance reviews, and identifying and scaling best practices. Collaboration with the CEO, Chief Growth Officer, CFO, and other senior leaders is essential to build robust systems and capabilities. The role requires the ability to influence without direct authority and to translate KPI trends into actionable improvement plans. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Performance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare operations or operational excellence, with a preference for those who have worked in multi-site, specialty care, or PE-backed environments. A proven track record in building performance frameworks and process standards across distributed organizations is essential. Experience in reproductive medicine or women's health is preferred, and Lean Six Sigma credentials are a plus. The role is a build position, demanding a candidate who can stand up the performance framework from the ground up and is capable of driving operational excellence in a rapidly growing and dynamic setting.
