To support a new servicing collective, the full-time Omnichannel Specialist will analyze and execute outbound contact strategies while maintaining a high-performance environment for Customer Service, Collections, and Loss Mitigation departments. Key responsibilities Apply and manage outbound customer contact strategies to meet organizational goals and revenue recovery Identify trends in communication patterns and optimize call center operations for improved performance Publish detailed productivity and performance reports while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Required qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience working with dialers such as Alvaria, Avaya, Five9, or Genesys High School Diploma required; college degree preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced technical troubleshooting abilities Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong regard for confidentiality
