Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, patient-centered Licensed Cosmetologist, Licensed Esthetician, and/or Head Spa Specialist to provide elevated, restorative treatments that support relaxation, recovery, scalp health, skin health, and overall wellbeing. These are  part-time/per diem positions ideal for self-motivated professionals who thrive in a high-end, collaborative, and clinically grounded environment and enjoy blending therapeutic touch with an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized restorative treatments tailored to individual goals and needs
• Provide treatments including:
• • Head spa therapies and scalp-focused treatments
  • Facial massage, sculpting, and relaxation techniques
  • Gua sha facial and body treatments
  • Facial lymphatic drainage massage techniques
  • Scalp massage, hair and scalp wellness treatments, and restorative self-care services
• Educate patients on scalp health, skin wellness, recovery, and at-home care recommendations
• Collaborate with medical aesthetics and wellness providers to support a connected, whole-person care experience
• Maintain treatment notes, sanitation standards, and exceptional room presentation
• Deliver a warm, thoughtful, elevated patient experience

Qualifications

• Licensed Cosmetologist or Licensed Esthetician in New York State required
• Demonstrated experience with head spa treatments, gua sha, and lymphatic drainage massage 
• Strong hands-on skills in facial massage, skin and scalp health, relaxation, and restorative beauty services
• Experience in luxury wellness, medical aesthetics, longevity, hospitality, or recovery-focused environments preferred
• Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working in a high-end, collaborative, clinical environment
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and warm bedside manner
• Interest in integrative wellness, Eastern beauty practices, and restorative care is a plus

Employment Type & Benefits
These roles may be structured as part-time or per diem , depending on candidate fit and availability. Part-time employees may be eligible for select benefits, while per diem positions are not benefits-eligible.
