Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Full-Time or Part-Time | Pediatrics | Olympia, WA About NW Pediatric Therapy NW Pediatric Therapy is a growing, multidisciplinary pediatric clinic serving families in the Olympia area. Our team provides occupational, physical, and speech therapy in a collaborative, play-based environment focused on helping kids build independence, confidence, and functional skills. We’re expanding our Occupational Therapy team and looking for a COTA who wants to grow with us . What You’ll Do Deliver pediatric occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OTR/L Implement treatment plans targeting: Fine motor development Sensory processing & regulation ADLs (dressing, feeding, self-care) Use play-based, child-led interventions to drive engagement Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP) Provide caregiver education and home strategies Complete timely EMR documentation Qualifications Active Washington State COTA license Pediatric experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply) Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for working with children and families Why Join Us Flexible full-time or part-time schedule Supportive, team-oriented clinic culture Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding pediatric practice Consistent caseload in a clinic-based setting Location & Schedule Olympia, WA Monday–Friday | No weekends
