Growing national law firm in the Ft Lauderdale area has a need for a Capital Markets Attorney. This is a direct hire opening with a full benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate transactions with emphasis on Capital Markets.
• Lead due diligence teams.
• Collaborate across practice areas as part of a team and assist in training junior associates.
• Manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of maturity.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on Capital Markets.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
• Well-versed in the mechanics of Capital Market transactions.
• General corporate and corporate governance experience.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas and willingness to train junior associates.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
