Configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot Epic payor contracts supporting hospital and professional revenue cycle operations.

Ensure accurate reimbursement configuration, contract validation, fee schedules, and ongoing support for complex healthcare payor requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, validate, and maintain Epic payor contract configurations, fee schedules, and reimbursement methodologies.
Perform testing, audits, quality checks, release validation, and troubleshoot contract build discrepancies and deficiencies.
Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management teams to resolve issues, interpret contract terms, manage adjustments, and improve contract workflows.
