Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve orders efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order entry and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and team members for smooth service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
