Overview Coolray Tennessee is seeking outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Lead Generators to join our growing team. As a Retail Sales Lead Generator, you'll serve as a Brand Ambassador for Coolray inside our retail partner locations. Your primary responsibility will be engaging customers, introducing them to our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, and scheduling appointments for our in-home comfort consultants. No home services experience is required - we provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by both hourly pay and performance-based incentives.
