Member Experience Lead - Front Desk

Buena Park, CA-based Planet Fitness club operated by Taymax Group is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to join our team. You’ll greet members, assist guests, and guide tours while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced fitness environment.
You’ll handle front desk tasks, sign up new members, process rates and payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club. A positive attitude, reliability, and basic computer skills are essential.
