Legal Receptionist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. $41,000 - $46,000 yearly salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 20 days of paid time off (PTO) 401(k) About the Position We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly while providing exceptional customer service to clients and prospective clients. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Greet and assist clients and prospective clients. Conduct new client intake and gather necessary information. Schedule appointments for current clients. Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks, including: Contacting clients Relaying messages and information Process client payments. Restocking copier paper and office supplies Maintaining the reception area Assisting with end-of-day office cleanup Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of office or legal experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy office. Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
