Flexibility is a must, as you will work with students ranging from 7 weeks to age 12, adapting your approach to meet their diverse needs. Proficiency in Procare is essential for maintaining ongoing communication with parents, helping to build strong, supportive relationships.Additionally, effective communication skills are vital for collaborating with fellow teachers, promoting a cohesive and energetic team dynamic.
