Transportation Aide/Driver – Full-Time | Flexible Hours (Primarily Monday–Friday)

Location: Myerstown/Lebanon, PA

Pay Range: $18.00–$20.50/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Full-Time Transportation Concierge/Driver to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring residents are transported safely and comfortably from hospital to facility, and other scheduled appointments as necessary.

This position is primarily Monday through Friday with flexible hours , with occasional weekend availability required based on resident needs and appointment schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule resident transport needs

• Safely transport residents to and from the hospital or other medical locations, using a facility-provided vehicle

• Provide courteous, hands-on assistance to residents entering and exiting the vehicle

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning vehicle at all times

• Coordinate closely with nursing, admissions, and administrative staff to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs

• Uphold a strong commitment to resident safety, dignity, and comfort

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, professional demeanor

• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs in a respectful and safe manner

• Previous experience transporting seniors or working in a healthcare setting preferred

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred

• Previous computer experience required
