This role is responsible for delivering complex intralogistics programs, shaping client strategy, and establishing CRB as a market leader in robotics-enabled manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be advising CRB’s clients while guiding multidisciplinary teams across the full lifecycle of intralogistics implementations, and brings a blend of deep technical expertise, consulting leadership, and commercial acumen.Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping intralogistics and automation strategies aligned with business objectives.Oversee complex, multi-phase robotics and automation initiatives across new and existing facilities, including defining end-to-end strategies: roadmaps, business cases, technology selection, integration and implementation plans, and commissioning activities.Direct collaboration with architecture, engineering, and construction teams to deliver automation-ready facilities, including defining strategies for infrastructure, data flow, digital traceability, digital-twinning, and real-time operational insights.Lead and support business development efforts, expanding client relationships and strategic accounts within markets served by CRB.Act as a thought leader, contributing to industry publications, client workshops, and speaking engagements.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).10+ years of experience in robotics and automated material handling systems (e.g., AMRs, AGVs, ASRS, etc.), with a proven track record delivering large-scale end-to-end automated material handling programs.Strong expertise integrating robotics and automation solutions in facility and material flow designs, and system integration (WMS, MES, Control Systems).Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth.Preferred QualificationsExperience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or GMP-regulated environments and clean rooms.Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across design, engineering, and operationsFamiliarity with simulation, digital twins, and advanced analytics toolsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.CRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
