Physician Pulmonology-Critical Care - Competitive Salary

Job Description
We are seeking a Pulmonary/ Critical Care physician for a practice opportunity in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area.
\nHighlights are:
\n Base compensation: $288,000 annually for 20 full shifts per month, no more than 6 shifts designated as nights
Example of 20 full shifts: Day Call (5 days), ICU Call (7 days) Night Call (6 nights) and clinic (2 full days)
\nSo this gives you 10 days off per month (unless you want to work more).
\nAdditional shifts are compensated at $1,200 per
\nDiscretionary bonus equal to 40% of adjusted contribution:
\nExample of one employed physician this year (Q1 bonus was $22,078 and Q2 bonus was $16,233)
\n We provide medical insurance for provider (and currently covering family as well)
