Clinical Pharmacist In Pain Management Services

Saratoga Ascend has a full-time opening for a Clinical Pharmacist in Pain Management Services at the Jacksonville Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL. Qualifications Include:

• PharmD Degree
• Completion of clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship
• Minimum 1 year experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist within the last 3 years
• Active, current, unrestricted license as a Pharmacist from any state within the United States/Territories
• BLS certification required prior to start date
