Join our team at Alps at Wayne Rehab & Care Center, a healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Per Diem LPN, you will provide hands-on nursing care to residents while supporting the clinical and leadership needs of the unit. You will collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. Our Per Diem LPN will be responsible for:

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans

• Administering medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation

• Performing clinical assessments and monitoring changes in residents' conditions

• Assisting physicians during rounds and exams

• Communicating effectively with residents' families and care team members

• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations

• Fostering a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment

Your Qualifications:

• Current LPN license valid in NJ

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team

• Must pass TB screening and Physical

• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
