Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly. Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about our offerings. Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest. Handling payments and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. Collaborating with team members to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Maintaining a positive attitude and representing Bison Street Pub’s commitment to excellent service. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a dedication to great service. Here’s what we’re looking for: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a serving or waitress role. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Attitude: A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality. Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are a must.
